In Magento 2, Account Dashboard includes nine areas for customer to control their account. There are My Dashboard, Account Information, Address Book, Downloadable Products, Orders, Billing Agreements, Newsletter Subscriptions, My Product Reviews and My Wish List. My Account Dashboard
My Dashboard or Customer’s Account Dashboard records and presents all the detail of their orders such as order number, order date, receive address, order total, status and action with the order…. In this area, customers surely can follow their orders, manage shipping address, and control other activities with online store.
Account Information
Account Information section allows customers to edit their account information and change their email as well as password. For store admin, they also can update customer accounts and check the information to offer shopping assistance such as offers on customer birthday or more.
Address Book
Customer address book records the default billing and shipping address, and additional address entries.
Downloadable Products
Downloadable product contains lists of all products which are purchased on store website and links associated with particular product.
Orders
In Orders field, customers are able to see a list of their all orders coming out with a link to each product. If in the configuration, admin set enable for customer to interact with available orders, any order can be reordered just through simply clicking the reorder link.
Billing Agreements
Billing Agreements show exactly a list of any customer billing agreements.
Newsletter Subscriptions
When opening Newsletter Subscription section, you will see lists of all applicable newsletters which is currently subscribed by customers with a checkmark.
My Product Reviews
My Product Reviews records all of product reviews submitted by the customer with a link associated with particular review.
My Wish List
My wish list contains a list of product that a registered user can share with the other people, or pin to shift to the cart at a later date. Customers also can delete product in their wish list when they do not want to pin it anymore.
